My financial institution which is not listed in MD, has export file fomats of .ofx, .iif and .qif. How do I download them into the MD program? It previously worked with MS Money using the .ofx format.

To import OFX and QIF files into Moneydance, go to the File menu, select Import, and then the the file type you would like to import. This will bring up a dialogue box which will allow you to select the file you would like to import, as well as the account you would like to import the file to.

It is also possible that your bank is capable of direct connections and we have just not set it up yet, so if you send me your bank's name I will let you know what is possible.

Please let me know how I can be of further assistance,

Thank you Angie. As it turns out I am able to download by bank's OFX files
then open them with MD. Aside from a couple of glitches I am getting used
to MD and it is working well for me.

    Thank you again,
