Can't start online banking- just error messages

i tried to add 2 checking accounts with the "set up online banking" function and it only gives me error messages and asks me to call my bank. My banks can't help with this. What do I need to do to get this to work?

Could you please let me know what bank(s) you're trying to connect with, as well as the exact error messages you're getting? Screenshots of the error messages would be especially helpful.
