Transferring Moneydance Data to New Laptop

I have been using Moneydance for the past 2 or 3 years. Great program!
I want to move to a new laptop and need to know the process to do so. I'm using version 2012.5 and moving to either a MAC or Windows 7 which I am currently using. I have Windows 7 running in a virtual machine on my MacBook Pro.
Please let me know how I can move my data.

Hi Tony,
To get Moneydance setup on your new computer, you just have to download and install Moneydance on the new computer and move your data set to the new computer, then open it with Moneydance and re-enter your license key. You can download Moneydance from here:
