My bank has stated that they have requested help from you in establishing services so that I can easily download my transactions. Can you please respond to them?

    I don't see an email from your bank in our system. Can you let me know what problem you are having with your connection? I should be able to help you get up and running again.

    I got it to work now after they provided me with a different password to use. I'd like to see the two of you connect and get it straightened out.
