Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that your bank supports direct
OFX connections, which Moneydance (and other financial software)
requires in order to talk directly to a bank.

The best way to get your transactions into Moneydance is to use
a web browser to download them from your bank's web site. You can
download into QFX, QIF, OFX or OFC files (sometimes referred to as
Quicken or MS Money files), any of which will import cleanly into
Moneydance.

You can also open your bank's download page directly (after
entering the appropriate address in the Account->Edit Account
menu) by going to the menu bar and selecting Online->Open
Account Website which makes the download process easier.

If your bank begins to support direct OFX connections in the
future, we will be happy to work with them.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

I can only download regular accounts. There is no way to download
CD’s. They tell me it has something to do with Quicken
and I should talk to them. On the Navy CU site there is a button to
download there regular accounts, but on the CD page there
isn’t any download button.
Since MD works the same as Quicken, I am hoping you can figure out
why I can’t download CD info as Navy CU isn’t any help
at all.

Unfortunately without access to a Navy Federal CU CD account, we
are unable to even view the webpage for NFCU CD's. I would
recommend contacting NFCU again and ask them how you could download
your certificate of deposit history into QFX, QIF, OFX or OFC
files, the same way that you do with your other accounts.

Hope this helps, and feel free to contact us for any additional
support!
