US Bank not working
I have tried connecting to US Bank with US Bank - PFM Direct Connect. I entered my login info that I use on www.usbank.com, and it comes back incorrect user/password. I called US Bank and the lady told me what to write on the support request. She said "PFM Direct is not supported through US Bank. Good news is she is downloading a version and trying to see how to get in, bad news is I dont know how to get in. I am not a quicken or Money user anymore.
Any suggestions??? Help

Liltruckman,
Most financial institutions will require you to enable your accounts for application-based online banking. You can accomplish this by asking your bank to set up your account for connections from Quicken. Moneydance uses exactly the same OFX server connection protocol as Quicken but your bank representative may not know this and mistakenly believe that they do not support Moneydance. Calling up your bank and stating precisely the following should get you started. "Please enable direct connect on my account such that I can connect to your servers directly with Quicken. Also give me the login credentials I need to connect Quicken to this service."
Application-based online banking often requires a different login/PIN than the ones that are used for ATM or web-based banking. When you enable your account for access from Moneydance or Quicken, your financial institution should let you know what customer ID/login and PIN to use.
Good luck, and do let me know how it goes. When you respond, please let me know the OS, the versions of Java and Moneydance you are running, and include the full error message you get when trying to connect.

This is getting Frustrating.
Please give me some guidance so I can get this working, or refund my money.

You can also access the account list with the keyboard shortcut 'Ctrl + A' 2. Click the Add Account button 3. Select the account type. In your case choose Checking 4. Click the Next button. 5. Choose the radio button stating that the account is held at the following institution. 6. Either click the letter “U” or type in U.S. 7. From the drop down list choose U.S. Bank – PFM Direct Connect 8. Click the Next button. 9. Select the option Yes, connect to U.S. Bank - PFM Direct Connect through Quicken (Recommended Option) 10. Chris,
US Bank's connection is currently working. I don't know what was preventing your connection before but it wasn't something systemic. If you do decide to repurchase, I can assure you that we would be able to trouble shoot your connection if you found the problem reoccurred. I apologize that we didn't resolve it for you last time before you decided to seek a refund.
Sincerely,
Brian Adler
