I have just purchased Moneydance for an iMac Desktop. I will be attempting to convert data from Quicken 2013 as soon as I update records for last year. I noticed an old discussion from 2014 referring to RBFCU, Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union based in San Antonio Texas, USA. www.rbfcu.org. 1-800-580-3300. At that time RBFCU did not use a format acceptable to MD and the answer was to use a manual process for downloading the data. I am curious, has RBFCU updated their system to 'talk' to MD.
Thanks.

Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that your credit union supports direct OFX connections, which Moneydance requires in order to talk directly to a financial institution. The best way to get your transactions into Moneydance is to use a web browser to download them from your credit union's web site. You can download into QFX, OFX, OFC, or QIF files (sometimes referred to as Quicken or MS Money files), any of which will import cleanly into Moneydance. You can also open your bank's download page directly (after entering the appropriate address in the Account->Edit Account menu) by going to the menu bar and selecting Online->Open Account Website.

If your credit union begins to support direct OFX connections in the future, we will be happy to work with them.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance,
