Mountain America Credit Union - Cannot connect

I cannot get past the username and password to set up online banking for Mountain America Credit Union. I called them, and after giving me an alternate login to try (which did not work), they said they do not support Moneydance and cannot help me set up a connection. I mentioned activating the account for OFX files, and they cannot do it.

The only downloads they have on their website are CSV, so I do not see a way to move forward with my finances in Moneydance.

    Many financial institutions will require you to enable your accounts for application-based online banking.You can accomplish this by asking your bank to set up your account for 'Direct Connect' from Quicken.

    Moneydance uses exactly the same OFX server connection protocol for Direct Connect as Quicken...
