Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that San Diego County Credit
Union supports direct OFX connections, which Moneydance requires in
order to talk directly to a financial institution. The best
way to get your transactions into Moneydance is to use a web
browser to download them from your credit union's web site.
You can download into QFX, QIF, OFX or OFC files (sometimes
referred to as Quicken or MS Money files), any of which will import
cleanly into Moneydance. You can also open your credit
union's download page directly (after entering the appropriate
address in the Account->Edit Account menu) by going to the menu
bar and selecting Online->Open Account Website.

If your credit union begins to support direct OFX connections in
the future, we will be happy to work with them.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and thank
you for your interest in Moneydance.

2016 I had to change the way I connected to the credit union.

The same with Mission Federal Credit Union.

This recently updated page at Intuit also seems to indicate that
they now support OFX.

I've had a quick look at your banks website, but couldn't see
anything that conclusively stated they support Direct Connect
access. We've flagged this discussion for our connection specialist
to look into further. It may be useful if you can provide any
information given to you by the bank about this feature, or a link
to details you've seen on their website regarding this.

this website, neither of your credit unions supports direct
connect yet. The link you posted earlier seems to be for an much
older version of Quicken. It's possible that your bank used to
support direct connect, but no longer does.
