www.raymondjames.com just updated their certificate 11APR2016 - no trusted certificate found
https://www.raymondjames.com had been working fine since I started last November for downloading transaction information, but as of a few weeks ago this stopped working. The web certificate had been an old SHA1 certificate that was about to expire, but now Raymond James has updated to a new, SHA2 certificate.
Can I add a trusted certificate somewhere? From the stack trace the SSL connection seems to be MoneyDance custom.

Hi Dan,
What version of Moneydance are you using? This connection works in the latest version of Moneydance 2015, which you can download here;

Thanks Ian! I saw that solution over and over. Anyone with this sort of problem regardless of the financial institution is told to upgrade and that upgrade magically fixes the problem. This is true for me as well.
I was using an extension called "Moneydance updater" which tells me when an upgrade is available. I triggered it manually and it said that I was already on the latest version. It was lying.
Thanks again for your prompt response. The upgrade cost me a bit, but it was well worth it.

Hi Dan,
We've actually removed the 'Updater' extension to make some improvements - and so its easier for customers to see which upgrades are free and which are paid. However, we do plan on bringing this extension back. In the meantime, the best way to stay updated is to subscribe to the blog, where we'll notify you of any new releases and upgrades.
Your previous purchase of Moneydance should have entitled you to a discounted upgrade to MD2015. As you've upgraded, MD 2016 will be a free upgrade (when available) and all future versions will also be discounted for you.
I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can be of further assistance.
