Does the trial version allow connections to banks for online banking?
It doesn't seem to be working.

Hi Eric
Yes the trial version allows online connections. The trial version is in feature parity with the full version, other than a limit on the number of transactions that can be entered, What is the name of the bank you are trying to connect to? Do you get an error message?
Sincerely
Ben Spencer

Hi Eric
Some Banks do not have the direct connection service enabled for all bank accounts by default. In such a situation is it necessary to contact them and ask them to enable direct connect on your account; If they do not believe they support Moneydance it is necessary to lie and tell them that you are using Quicken. Saying the following usually stimulates the banks employee to perform the appropriate actions:
"Hi, please enable Direct Connect for my bank account such that I can directly connect to your server with Quicken. Also give me the log in credentials for this service."
It is necessary to ask for the login credentials (user name and password) as they are often different from those used to log into the banks web site.
Sincerely
Ben Spencer
