Trouble With Direct Connect To Financial Institution
I have been having issues with my direct connection to Optionsxpress out of Chicago. I receive the following error:
There was an error communicating with your financial
institution. The details of this error are below.
A communication or parsing error occurred. This could be the result
of a network problem, a proxy error, or misconfigured server.
Error Description: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException:
java.security.cert.CertificateException: Untrusted Server
Certificate Chain
I am running Moneydance on a Mac OS 10.6.6 (Snow Leopard), Moneydance 2010r3 (751) and Java Version 1.6.0_22

The error you are getting is due to an outdated security certificate in Moneydance. You'll need to upgrade to build 755 to fix this. You can download the update for your platform from our website at: http://moneydance.com/preview/755/
Please let me know if you have any trouble updating or connecting after you've updated.
