<p>I apologize for the delay in our reply; somehow your message
slipped by us.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that your credit union supports
direct OFX connections, which Moneydance requires in order to talk
directly to a financial institution. The best way to get your
transactions into Moneydance is to use a web browser to download
them from your credit union's web site. You can download into QFX,
OFX, OFC, or QIF files (sometimes referred to as Quicken or MS
Money files), any of which will import cleanly into Moneydance. You
can also open your bank's download page directly (after entering
the appropriate address in the Account->Edit Account menu) by
going to the menu bar and selecting Online->Open Account
Website.</p>
<p>If your credit union begins to support direct OFX connections in
the future, we will be happy to work with them.</p>
<p>Please let me know if I can be of further assistance,</p>

'automatic'<br>
-- but alas, I'm already doing the import for more than half my
accounts. And sometimes have to do them manually.</p>
<p>Great product -- I've been using for at least a decade now,
maybe more.</p>

<p>I'm glad you're otherwise happy with Moneydance. Definitely let
us know if you hear about them adding direct connection support at
some point. We're happy to work with any financial institution that
offers this service.</p>
