Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that any of these banks support
direct OFX connections, which Moneydance (and other financial
software) requires in order to talk directly to a bank. The best
way to get your transactions into Moneydance is to use a web
browser to download them from your bank's web site. You can
download into QFX, OFX or OFC files (aka Quicken or MS Money
files), any of which will import cleanly into Moneydance. If your
bank begins to support direct OFX connections in the future, we
will be happy to work with them.

I'm sorry I don't have a more immediate fix, and we'll keep
hoping they implement the direct connect server. And, customer
requests are the best way to encourage any business to change, so I
do encourage you to contact your banks.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and thanks
for using Moneydance

That sounds right. I wish you luck in getting them to support
direct connections. We've found many banks just aren't interested
in supporting anyone but Quicken. Let us know if you have any luck,
and we'll be happy to add support for them!
