Utah Community Credit Union Broken
The Utah Community Credit Union just went through an upgrade on their systems. After the upgrade, Moneydance will no longer download transactions. It always returns a 400 error on every account.

Hi Stephen,
I'm sorry to read that you're facing this issue.
You will need to disable your current connection to your bank and then recreate it using the New Connection button on the Online Banking Setup screen. To do so, you can follow these steps:
Select your bank account in Moneydance
Select the Online -->Setup Online Banking button/menu
Click the "Disable" button. If you don't see a disable button, just close the setup window
Repeat the previous steps for any additional accounts at the same institution
Select the Online --> Setup Online Banking button/menu (again)
Click the "New Connection" button and select your bank and hit OK
Continue with the setup process, entering your username/password
Make sure you use the New Connection, even though your bank is still one of the connection choices after you disable it.
If you do not, Moneydance will not download the new connection information needed. Choosing your bank from the list of available banks using the 'New Connection' button will force Moneydance to download the updated information, which should then allow you to connect.
Please let me know if this helps.

Hi Stephen,
I'm sad to inform you that the direct connection has been changed and the direct connection isn't available anymore.
We are currently working on a more automated solution but until then the only option to download transactions is to use a web browser to download them from your bank's web site. You can download into QFX, QIF, OFX or OFC files (sometimes referred to as Quicken or MS Money files), any of which will import cleanly into Moneydance. You can also open your bank's download page directly (after entering the appropriate address in the Account->Edit Account menu) by going to the menu bar and selecting Online->Open Account Website.
Please let me know if I can with the process.
