I purchased your software today only to discover that you don't work with my bank. I have sent a message to the bank requesting they work with you but as recommended I am also sending the name of my bank to you.

    Hi Jean,

    Unfortunately, it appears your bank does not support Direct Connect, which Moneydance (and other financial software) requires in order to talk directly to a bank. If they decide to support Direct Connect in future, we will be happy to assist in setting up a connection.

    The best way to get your files into Moneydance is to use a web browser to download them from your bank's web site. You can download into QFX, OFX or OFC files (aka Quicken or MS Money files), any of which will import cleanly into Moneydance.

    You can also open your bank's download page directly (after entering the appropriate address in the Account --> Edit Account menu) by going to the menu bar and selecting Online --> Open Account Website, which makes the download process easier.

    Does this mean I also can't use the online bill pay function?

    Unfortunately, yes this is the case. The bill pay feature is facilitated via the Direct Connect connection so you will be unable to use this. If you're not sure if Moneydance meets your needs it does come with a 90 day money back guarantee. This way you have plenty of time to test of the software before your are fully committed.     as my bank does not support this is there a way to get the purchase
    price back.
