I am using a Mac OSX V10.5.7 and cannot download transactions from my Chase credit card account. I get a domain error in my download file. I have tried both QIF and OFX formats and neither seems to work. I can access directly from MD but have no control over which transactions are downloaded.

Is this the first time you have had this issue? Have you successfully downloaded from Chase in the past?

Do let me know so we can address this issue.

I have successfully downloaded from Chase in the past but it is usually a
struggle. It seems to be an intermittent problem. Since I first wrote to
you about the issue I was able to download. Often it will download most of
the data but will then give me an error. If I try to import to MD, it gives
me a message that it is still busy downloading. It sometimes works if I
download all available transactions and do not try to select dates which
brings up another question. Is there an easy way to delete all those
transactions that are duplicates? I am only able to select one transaction
    at a time.
I download from other banks without a problem.

    Thanks for looking into this.

    Hi Jerry,

I'm sorry for the delay in our response. Are you still having problems? If so and you're not using the latest preview version of Moneydance, you should try updating. You can download Build 641 from our website.

Please let me know if you continue to have problems or questions.
