Unfortunately, the situation is unchanged. Moneydance supports automatic connections via Direct Connect and you can view a list of our supported financial institutions here - http://infinitekind.com/fi
It appears your bank does not support this feature, which Moneydance requires in order to talk directly to a bank. If your bank decides to use Direct Connect in the future we will be happy to assist in setting up a connection.

I have been using the automatic update for investment accounts with limited success. Does this sound like a good approach? I could delete the accounts and re-enter them as investments in a family - i.e. Fidelity, Vanguard, Franklin Templeton and then on 12/31/17 enter the year end balance. Can I then limit the automatic updates to 1/1/2018, based on their initial balance being 12/31/2017 or will it go behind that date? If it does go behind that date and I delete the transactions, will they come back each time?

My overall impression of Moneydance is that it will work as a substitute for Quicken, and although the manual is complete and accurate, it's the advise I really need.

Thanks again.
