Changes at Think Mutual Bank

A few weeks ago I had sent a note indicating that Think Mutual Bank in Rochester, MN was going to be making server upgrades/changes. At that point, they still hadn't made the updates and I was asked to contact again later after the changes had taken effect. After the changes had been made, I replied to the original request. It has been nearly 2 weeks since the 2nd request and I haven't heard anything.

I am using Moneydance 2017.2 (1597). I am getting connection errors while trying to download new transactions. Attached is the error message that I am receiving.

Please let me what what the next steps are to get this up and working again.

    Anyone looking at this? This has been an issue since the end of October... :(

    Hello??? Is there any chance that someone can look at this or tell me what I need to do to get Moneydance re-connected to my bank?
