I went through this process several years ago. It can be a process that is not trivial (depending on the complexity of your MS Money data) but it is doable.
If you haven't done so already, download the free, trial version of Moneydance to see if you can import your MS Money data. You can d/l it here:

I've kept the Sunset version of MS Money running in parallel to Moneydance as sort of a checks and balances indicator.
If you're interested, there is a free, third-party app called Pocketsense that can retrieve and import OFX files (from those financial institutions that provide them) and it can update stock quotes from Yahoo. It essentially returns direct download functionality to MS Money.
