I've been successfully downloading from Chase Investment Services until recently. The error I get is:

There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below.

A communication or parsing error occurred. This could be the result of a network problem, a proxy error, or misconfigured server.
Error Description: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: java.security.cert.CertificateException: Untrusted Server Certificate Chain

It appears there's a bad cert.

    Hi Mike,

It does look like a bad cert. I've passed your case on to our lead developer. I believe he'll need to release a new build to fix this error. I'll let you know when it's released.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully we'll have you're connection working again soon.

    Hi Mike,

Could you try updating to our latest release (Build 642) and see if that works for you? You can download it from our website.
