Bank of America no longer supports direct connect - recommend filing a complaint, as I did.
Pershing advisors has been added - although for some reason it dumps all the account financial fees into one of my bank accounts - that has nothing to do with Pershing. I have temporarily solved by zeroing out the bank account Pershing dumped its fees in and setting it up up all over again

Jim Andersontag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/470131752019-02-27T21:59:43Z2019-02-27T21:59:43ZBank of America and Pershing Advisors

Hello,

Yes, Bank of America arbitrarily dropped their support for direct OFX connections a few years ago, which Moneydance requires in order to talk directly to a bank. The best way to get your transactions into Moneydance is to use a web browser to download them from your bank's web site. You can download into QFX, OFX, OFC, or QIF files (sometimes referred to as Quicken or MS Money files), any of which will import cleanly into Moneydance.

It sounds like you may have found the solution for the Pershing connection, but in case not, it is likely that this is a mapping issue. Your accounts are not mapped properly (in other words, one or more online accounts are pointing to your accounts in Moneydance incorrectly).

To fix this, open the affected account, go to Online -> Set Up Online Banking, and click on the Disable button. Repeat for all other affected accounts. Then you will need to re-enable them one by one using the same menu. Once you have entered your ID and Password for an account, click Ok and wait (do not click next). You need to see a window that will display - Please choose the account you wish to use - which are your accounts listed in a drop down list. If you bypass this window - your Moneydance account will map to the first account on this list. Sometimes you will need to just wait for this window to pop-up as it can take several seconds.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance,
