New Credit Cards

I have my major bank account loaded (checking account), howevre I cannot get credit cards to import data, (Discover, Chase etc)
i set up the account but when I try to import data nothing happens
AM I missing a step

    Hi Michael,

    I am a Discover Card and Chase Visa client. Both of these institutions can use direct-connect with Moneydance.

    Have you performed the Set Up Online Banking routine?

    Take a look at these Moneydance KB articles:

    Specifically, Automatic Downloads and Direct Connect.

    Chase requires some special steps to activate direct-connect. You must approve your account(s) for desktop apps. You do so on the Chase website. After doing so, you should try connecting with Moneydance. You will likely receive an error. At that point, log back on to Chase and check your Secure Message Center for a message indicating that you must verify your identity. The message will provide the details on how to do so.

    After verifying your identity, you should then be able to connect with Chase.
