Are there plans to add support for EmigrantDirect.com?

    Hi Lori,

Unfortunately your bank doesn't support direct OFX connections, which Moneydance (and other financial software) requires in order to talk directly to a bank. The best way to get your transactions into Moneydance is to use a web browser to download from their web site. You can download into QFX, OFX or OFC files (aka Quicken or MS Money files), any of which will import cleanly into Moneydance.

If your bank begins to support direct OFX connections in the future, we will be happy to work with them.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and thank you for your interest in Moneydance.

Thanks again. Though moving to any new software takes some investment in time, I am glad to be liberated from MS Money!! Though a big change, it seems to better than MS Money in some areas and lacking in others (no automatic downloads from all accounts). However, I do see that an upgrade later in 2009 is coming to address this. With MS Money pulling the plug and leaving lots of users in a lurch, I'm really glad I found a website that recommended Moneydance and decided to use it first!! I appreciate your timely responses and support and look forward to using Moneydance.
