Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.
Moneydance only supports automatic downloads via Direct Connect (at the moment), and you can view a list of financial institutions that support this feature here.
Although Chime Bank does not support Direct Connect, you are still able to easily import your data into the program. The best way to get your files into Moneydance is to use a web browser to download them from your bank's web site.
You can download into QFX, OFX, OFC or QIF files (aka Quicken or MS Money files), any of which will import cleanly into Moneydance. You can find the steps for manually importing your data in this article.
Finally, you might be interested in knowing that we are about to announce the release of an update which will allows you to connect automatically and download all transactions from many banks worldwide. There will be a small monthly charge to use the new service for automatic downloads.
Although we would have preferred to avoid the subscription fee sadly we couldn't cover the cost to us without them. We will continue to provide Moneydance for a one-time charge, so that users who don't want to have any subscription aren't forced to pay for them.
I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.
