Setup Moneydance+ does not appear in my version.

Moneydance+ was released as part of Moneydance 2022.
If your bank is not listed in:
https://infinitekind.com/fi
Thts means Moneydance does not have connection information for the bank and that the bank may not provide the direct connect service, if the bank does not provide this service there is nothing that Moneydance can do about this.
In versions before Moneydance 2022 without direct connent you can download and import transaction files, Moneydance supports ll the major formats or you cna do manual entry.
Moneydance 2022 also provides Moneydance+ which may support your bank. In general at this time many banks in North America are supported by this option.
