I'm considering purchasing, but need access to SF Fire Credit Union (along with ING direct, Vanguard group and Oppenheimer & Co (opco)).

I think I saw Vanguard group on the list of supported institutions, but not the others.

    Joshua,

Unfortunately, ING Direct and the SF Fire Credit Union don't appear to support direct OFX connections, which Moneydance (and other financial software) requires in order to talk directly to a bank. The best way to get your transactions into Moneydance is to use a web browser to download them from your bank's web site. You can download into QFX, OFX or OFC files (aka Quicken or MS Money files), any of which will import cleanly into Moneydance.

If your bank begins to support direct OFX connections in the future, we will be happy to work with them.

Happily, Oppenheimer & Co. does support direct OFX connections. We are working on adding your bank, and will let you know when the connection is complete (this generally within 7-10 business days).

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and thank you for your interest in Moneydance.
