Please add Central Valley Community Bank (based in Fresno) to your online banking institutions if at all possible. Thank you!

Hi Kim,
I'm sorry, but Central Valley Community Bank only supports the "Web Connect" method for managing online banking, which Moneydance doesn't support. You can call them and request that they support the "Direct Connect" protocol in the future for managing your account(s) and then Moneydance will be able to connect to them via that.
In the meantime, if they provide a data export from their account management website, then you can download one of a QFX, OFX, or QIF file and import it into Moneydance. This process can be slightly streamlined by configuring Moneydance to open your bank's website. This can be done by going to Tools -> Accounts, clicking on the account you want to connect to online, pressing the "Edit" button, and entering the web address at the bottom of the dialog box.
Then, when you go to Online -> Open Account Website, Moneydance will open your bank's webpage directly.
