How to show your interest in a ticket
Hi,
I wanted to be able to indicate my interest in a specific ticket that you guys have in your queue. Is there a way to do that? Also is there a way to be able to see the ticket? I was reading through the discussion titled "How to have future bill payments appear in register" and there is a reference there to ticket #5178 but I don't see any way to indicate my interest in the ticket or to see what exactly the ticket is.
Thanks!
Mark

Hello Mark,
The details of tickets are tracked on our internal system, and customers cannot access that. I think all that is visible from the customer's end is that a ticket is attached to a thread in the right column. (For example, I've attached ticket 5178 to this thread, since you mentioned it.) The details of a ticket is usually just whatever was discussed on that thread. You can indicate interest, and effectively sign up to be notified about any changes to a ticket, by commenting on a thread.
