Splits
How do I stop moneydance from entering split items from previous entries? I am able to delete up until the last item; that just won't go away. I don't want to categorize every entry. I am using the trial version and I imported data from my quicken program.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Hi Chris,
It has been my experience that it is the payee entered into the description field that prompts Moneydance to automatically call up the split window when a similar payee has been entered before with splits.
Try this...
Enter the amount of the transaction before entering the payee into the description field.
I know it's kind of a kludge, but it does seem to circumvent the auto-split-window-call.
