Registration key not working for MD 2021

I purchased MD is 2016. I just update to v2021.1 and my registration key (copied from my purchase email) does not work. What should I do?

Hi Mic,
Two things that you can do...
1) Revert back to your prior version of Moneydance. (there was no MD 2016 released)
You can d/l prior versions of Moneydance here:

2) Plunk the license key for your prior version of Moneydance into the 'Upgrading' field of the following webpage to see if you're eligible for a free or discounted upgrade on a new license key.
