Crashing
Although I have used MoneyDance for many years, it is now completely unusable. I run it on a MacBook recently updated to Big Sur 11.0.1. the system constantly crashes, I can't switch screens, I tried to upgrade to the latest version (purchased) and it crashes ... I am dead in the water and desperate

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

This particular issue seems related to the setting in the System Preferences, General section, to "Prefer tabs [always] when opening documents". If you change "always" to never or "in full screen" then it's not an issue.

Also update to the latest preview 2021.2008 too
