remove all references to that tag from all txns that use it (hint: Extension, Find and Replace). It's a dynamic list. There is no master list.

    Hi Charles,
To add to Stuart suggestion, using the Find and Replace extension available from Extensions->Manage Extensions** you can set the search fields in the 'Find' panel on the left. Then choose 'Find'. This will display a number of transactions at the bottom of the window.

In the panel on the right, select 'Modify Tags'. Then specify 'Add tags', 'Remove tags', or 'Replace all with', and choose the tag you'd like to use.

Once you've picked the settings you need, choose 'Replace' or 'Replace All' at the bottom of the panel on the right.
If you're happy with the changes press 'Record', then 'Done'.

You should create any tags you want to use before opening the extension. To do this, simply enter the tag into the 'tag' field of any transaction. To add multiple tags to one transaction, just separate them with a comma.
You'll find information about tags in this article from the Knowledge Base.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.
