Why did I upgrade?

I'm curious about why I upgraded for $30, when the app seems exactly the same? I'm not into subscription services. Am I paying $30 to not use something new and subscription based? Seems like a bad deal for me.

    Hello,

We have a few posts about the major new features in Moneydance 2022 on our blog: https://infinitekind.com/blog

I'd be happy to answer any specific questions you may have. For the record, if your current version is meeting your needs, and you don't want the new features or bug features, you don't have to upgrade.

OK, not your fault. I guess I didn’t read closely enough and should have stuck with the old version. I’m not into subscriptions, don’t use the extension you mentioned, and don’t care about iCloud backup. My bad. Not yours. Still like the app and will keep using it. Just won’t buy any beer this month. :-)

No worries. I'll also mention that the subscription is just an option for those who want to use the new bank connection service we're introducing. If that's not of interest to you, you can still purchase a discounted upgrade license key the same way as usual, no subscription. Please don't forgo beer unless you think it's worth it.
