Currency rates and how to modify the currency of a particular account

Hello. I am trying out your software since I am looking for an alternative to Quicken 2007.

1. I noticed that the Euro/USD exchange rate in your "Translate Currencies" tool is WAY wrong. It shows 0.68 Euro/USD when the correect rate is 0.88. Please explain why this is so.
2. Is it possible to set the exchange rate I want for the USD/Euro on a particular account or does the software automatically update it ?
