Two technical questions
Am checking over the software before I buy. So am using unlicensed version, latest upgrade.
Two elements I been looking for, but can't find. Both are required in my software.
1 option to move or transfer an existing transaction from one account to another.
2. Since the important from quicken messed up my indexing of accounts . I have a credit card under under category.
So in licensed version will it slow me to edit the type of account it is .

just a user,
yes, see https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb/archive-entering-transactions...
trial is same as paid version, just limited to number of manual entries. You only set up the type of account once. Once you have an account set up, you just change the category as needed when entering or downloading a transaction. You have the option in the account setup to always default to a certain category, or if you download transactions, over time MD will try to suggest categories you have used in the past.

I'm a fellow user.
Let me answer you questions in a different way.
1. You use the batch change function to move a transaction to a different account, mhoggie pointed you to an Knowledge base article that explains this, the latest version of the article is https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb/register-and-transactions/batch-change
2. I'm interpreting this that during the import what should be an account ended up being a category, if that is the case this is not that unusual. The QIF format has its problems and being ambiguous is one of them.
Moneydance itself does not have the ability to change an account/category classification, however there is an extension called Toolbox which as the name indicates contains a lot of useful tools that we can use to perform various activities. The tools are not in the standard commands because they are used infrequently or should only be used under guidance. This tool has a option that can change an account/category classification.
