Creating a Year-End Version
Currently, my Money Dance file is over 76,000 and taking a bit of time to save. I was wondering if there is a way to export all reconciled transactions into a "year-end" version and archive it in order to speed up performance.

Hello,
There is not an archive function. By "76,000", do you mean 76MB? If so, that's not that uncommon if you have many years of data and investment accounts. But the program shouldn't be slowing down at that point, unless your computer is fairly old. Which version of Moneydance are you running, and on which operating system?

You can use the toolbox extension. Turn on advanced mode and also hacker mode. Then hacker menu and select the shrink dataset option. Enter 1 day. This will compress your dataset (without losing any data).
