In recent versions of Moneydance the printer font and size is in the menu path File --> Preferences on the Appearance tab

Another thing to look at is when you have the generated report showing in Moneydance on the screen, if you drag the divider lines between the headings it changes the width of the columns, there is likely to be a lot of white space in some columns.

dwgtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/537608822022-04-09T05:00:59Z2022-04-09T05:01:00Zchanging font and size

I've tried that, dwg, but if I move the slider too far, the right column jumps to before the left column. Plus, I changed the font in the Preferences, but it did not stick. The report still printed in that chunky Moneydance font.

Jacquetag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/537608822022-04-09T05:34:56Z2022-04-09T05:34:56Zchanging font and size

I'm testing this on Windows 10 and are not having any problems setting different font/sizes for printing.

I see some interesting things when setting column widths but I seem to recall the developer saying there were changes in that area at some point.

dwgtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/537608822022-04-09T06:24:51Z2022-04-09T06:24:51Zchanging font and size

I am not support staff, just a user.
Hi Jacque

After changing font or font size did you forget to restart Moneydance.
Have you tried font Arial Narrow?

Hope this helps

derekkent23
