Description not capitalizing sometimes
To avoid the annoyance of autofilling a transaction based on entering a description name first, I fill it in last. Sometimes, it is not capitalized. I have played with "Auto-create New Transactions" and "Case Sensitive Auto-completion" in Preferences.
