OFX files

I have downloaded .OFX files but then I download, at a later time, another .OFXf file but then I seem to get duplicates.
I have the settings as such - see attachment, but there doesn't appear to be a "Merge" facility on those transaction.
Any idea as to why I am retrieving duplicate entries?

    Hi Tim,

We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.

Which version and build of Moneydance are you using?
To check, open Moneydance and select Moneydance --> About Moneydance

Did you go through the confirmation process as outlined here?
OFX and QFX files contain unique transaction identifiers. If you were to accidentally download the same transaction to Moneydance more than once, the ID would be recognised. Moneydance would then ignore the duplicate transactions and not download them again.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.

    Good afternoon,

With regard to "confirming" the transaction, I see that it comes up with "Current Transaction" or "Transaction as DOWNLOADED". Should I be "Confirming" one over the other?

On some of the duplicate transaction one would say the above and the other transaction would just say "Current Transaction"

    I am using version 2022.4

    I have attached 2x screenshots.
