Cleanup Dropbox folders?
Can I delete any of these folders on Dropbox to save space?
The first two are actually empty while the two most recent have the same files, just different dates.

Install / run toolbox extension. On the opening screen there will be a line that says something like internal sync uuid and a looong number. This is the folder name you DON’T want to delete. Assuming you are only syncing one (this) dataset, then yes you can delete the other folders in dropbox.
Also, run toolbox, enable advanced mode, then advanced mode, force refresh / push sync data will cleanup your sync folder

Thanks for the advice. I did want to clarify for others that you have to perform the Advanced Mode process to force refresh/push sync data must be done from the primary node.
