Running Moneydance 2022 without help of rosetta 2
I am wondering if the new Moneydance 2022 can run on MacBook Air that has a M1 Silicone chip, without having to install rosetta 2 in order for it to run. Thank you.

An Apple M1 native version of Moneydance has not yet been released

Hi,
I can see you’ve received a reply from one of our knowledgeable Moneydance customers. To add to this useful information I thought it's worth mentioning that the timeline will be determined by when a native Java is available for that platform. This is what the main Moneydance software is dependent on with any platform.

Hi Maddy,
Perhaps I am missing something regarding MD run-time requirements. There are now many Java Runtime Environment versions that support Apple Mx Silicon natively, and have been for some time. In another thread Sean mentioned back in April 2022 that you were very close to having native Apple Silicon support. Why the long delay?
Just wondering...
