Memo field

Is there a way to prevent the downloaded information by Plaid/Moneydance+ in the Memo field? I have tried to delete the info when I go through the dowload confirmation process but the information overrides my deletion and it appears anyway.

Example:
Costco Gas USD place in store Travel:Gas Stations 111 Autoroad Pkwy San Clemente CA

   with 2022.6... edit the memo and put in a single space (rather than just deleting it all) before confirming...

   Thank you, I will do that. I have not updated to 2022.6 yet, still on
   2022.5 waiting to see if there are any issues with the update.

   Is there a way to prevent the downloaded information by Plaid/Moneydance+ in the Memo field? I don't want to have to delete it every time I download for every transaction. Can't it be stopped? Does anyone actually find the address in the memo fields useful?

   Nope and I consider the info “junk”. I have requested it’s removal, but no joy.

   We need users to request this change.

   Moneydance+ Preference checkbox option: Suppress Memo Import
   Please add this enhancement request to the list.
   That should do it.

   just a user - it's hard to say when a new preview release or stable release will be issued, but the last stable release was just last week, so it may be a while... or maybe there will be another stable release before 2022 is closed out in favor of 2023 releases....
