Synchronising reconcile/clearing on both sides of the transaction?
Is this possible?

You can technically clear both sides of a txn. Perhaps you can explain in more detail what you are trying to achieve?

Basically to clear both sides at the same time. However if this isn't
possible, it is no big deal. Thanks for your input.

Reconciliation is the process of reconciling transactions in Moneydance with something like a bank statement so it seems illogical to clear both sides at the same time, you would reconcile the other side of transfers with other accounts when you reconcile that accounts statement and you generally do not reconcile the category registers as there is nothing to reconcile them against.
