Where can I find Money Dance 2019.3 to load onto my new laptop (so I can keep the current version before I transfer the data)

Ventura was first qualified with Moneydance 2022.5 and Ventura was released 3 years after Moneydance 2019. No one would have tested it given it Moneydance 2019 was superseded before Ventura was released.
Apple has a bad habit of breaking older software applications so it is not known if you would have any problems or not.
Moneydance 2020 is part of the same family as 2019 so you can upgrade to 2020 if you wish.
