importing csv as a split or changing a group of transactions into a split

Is there a way to use file import to import each csv as a split? The reason is I am importing batch results at end of each day and If they are not accumulated into a split then it won't match with bank statements.
Other option is if i could import and then convert group of transactions into 1 split?

Hi John,
Moneydance can not import CSV files through File > Import.
You would need to use either the Text File Importer extension or the CSV Importer extension.
However, it is my understanding that CSV files do not support split txns.
I don't know of any means to convert or consolidate a group of singular txns into a split txn. Maybe someone else can chime in on that one.
