Creating different Accounts for targeted monitoring

Hello all,
I'm not yet a user of Money dance. I am thinking of getting the software however before I do so, I had a question.
My main need for an accounting software for now is to be able to create a personal budget an then track my expenses and credits in different sections. Basically I make my yearly budget by segmenting it in different account sections such as food, rent, taxes, personal, savings etc and then I need to account my transactions in function of those sections. Is that easy and possible to do with Moneydance ?
