2024 upgrade key
Hi, I upgraded to 2024 and purchased the upgrade key on Sunday. I haven't received my new key yet. Please help.

I'm a fellow Moneydance user.
If you have not received your license there are a couple of process that can be followed to retrieve the key
1. Licenses are periodically loaded into a data base that users can effectively query.
You can first try this method by using the lost key field on the purchase page:

Enter your email address into the field. A copy of any licenses loaded against this email address will be emailed to the address given.
2. You can use a number of ways to retrieve the license directly from Paddle, these are summarized below:
The email with your license is sent on the day or the day after you purchased the license. It is sent separately to the receipt email.
The email with the key in it will often say to the effect that it came from The Infinite Kind via Paddle.com.
If you have your receipt email you should be able to look at it and there should be a statement saying "If you need help with your The Infinite Kind purchase, please contact us on paddle.net or reply to this email." This has a link to a chat bot on Paddle.net about this specific purchase.
You should be able to get the license code resent from the link in the email receipt. The Paddle chat bot will resend the license code to the registered email address. Just ask it to "resend license code". It then asks if you received it.
If you do not have the receipt email with the link, it can still be retrieved from paddle.net by asking the chat bot on the site about the purchase. It will need the email address used, the amount and it will send a verification email to that address.
3. The final alternative is to wait for Moneydance support to retrieve the license information, doing it yourself is likely quicker and is certainly worth a try.
