Assistance Needed: Removing Unused Items from File > Open List
Dear Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
When I open Moneydance and navigate to File > Open, I see a list of items, including some that were created incorrectly or are no longer in use. I would like to remove these specific items from the list.
Could you please guide me on how to delete or manage these entries?
Thank you in advance for your help! I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
JK Kim

I'm a fellow user.
The File -> Open list comprises all files that are in the default internal document location plus any files that you have opened in the past that are kept outside of this location.
For files inside to remove them from the list you must either delete the files from the internal location or more them to an external location.
If you want a menu driven approach to doing this you can use the Toolbox extension, or you can use your Operating System's File Manager to move/delete the folders.
To remove external files from the list you can use to Toolbox extension which will edit the list that is kept in the configuration file.
