cancelling subscription

I am following the instructions of going to the online menu in the app and going to set up Moneydance plus and when I go there the manage account button in the bottom left corner is grayed out so I can't click anything. I wish to cancel my subscription. Please help

    I've cancelled the subscription on our end. You shouldn't receive any further charges for the subscription.
